Client: Coop Group (Switzerland)
Purpose: Internal project for leadership principles
I collaborated with Coop, one of Switzerland's largest retail and production companies, to create an intricate Wimmelpicture titled Coop Universe. This project was designed as a visual exploration of Coop's leadership principles, aimed at employees in leadership roles across the company.
The artwork captures the essence of Coop's diverse operations, from retail stores and trading to production sites, weaving together the many facets of the Coop Group in a single detailed composition. Staying true to my artistic style, I used black-and-white linework to craft a dynamic and expressive illustration filled with hidden surprises, humor, and engaging details.
The artwork was printed 10'000 times and included in over 200 workshops, making it a significant tool for leadership development within Coop.
This project was a milestone for me — not only was it my largest undertaking to date, but it also allowed me to showcase my strengths in creating expressive linework and intricate, discoverable details that invite viewers to linger and explore.
Whether it's a humorous interaction between characters or a subtle nod to Coop's brands, Coop Universe tells a story that resonates with both the company's culture and its leadership values.
